Welcome to yourÂ
Active Embodiment Practice!
This practice is a cornerstone of my morning routine, helping me activate my body and tune in to its signals. At first, you may not notice much, but don't worry—soon you'll start feeling small sensations. Celebrate even the tiniest tingle; these small moments are significant in the journey of embodiment. If you feel overwhelmed by intense sensations, take it slow and move gently. If it becomes too much, consider reaching out for a free 1-2-1 breathwork taster session because there could be deeper things to address.
Felt SenseÂ
Felt sense is the subtle awareness of physical sensations in your body, often reflecting emotions or thoughts. In embodiment practices, we use descriptive language to name these sensations—like a "tight knot," "warm glow," or "gentle pulse." By tuning into and describing these feelings, you can better understand your inner experience and respond with greater clarity and mindfulness. Here is picture that gives you a great start in what words to use to describe felt sense.Â

OK, Let's Go!
Below is a video version that gives you visuals prompts to follow. And below there is only the audio for when you familiar with the practice and want to practice with your eyes closed. I recommend using the video a few times and then moving on to the audio. Ideally the practice is done with the eyes closed to really tune in what is present in the body.Â
