Before We Begin...
This 14-minute practice is about to become a cornerstone of your daily routine. It's designed to help you activate your body and tune into its signals—something most men have been disconnected from for years.

Here's what to expect:
Starting out: At first, you may not notice much, but don't worry—this is completely normal. Your body has learned to protect you through numbing, and it takes time to safely come back online.
Small victories: Soon you'll start feeling small sensations. Celebrate even the tiniest tingle; these small moments are significant in the journey of embodiment.
If it gets intense: If you feel overwhelmed by intense sensations, take it slow and move gently. If it becomes too much, consider reaching out for a free 1-on-1 breathwork taster session—sometimes there are deeper things that need professional support.

Understanding Felt Sense
Before we dive into the practice, let's talk about felt sense—the language your body uses to communicate with you.
Felt sense is the subtle awareness of physical sensations in your body, often reflecting your emotions, thoughts, and energy states. In embodiment practices, we use descriptive language to name these sensations—like a "tight knot," "warm glow," or "gentle pulse."
By tuning into and describing these feelings, you can better understand your inner experience and respond with greater clarity and mindfulness instead of reactivity.

Once you're familiar with the practice, use the audio version and practice with your eyes closed. This is the ideal way to practice—tuning fully into what's present in your body without external distractions.
