Patrick is an intimacy and relationship coach dedicated to helping men develop healthy, fulfilling connections with themselves and their partners. Certified in Tao-Tantric Arts, Patrick integrates the principles of Tantra and Taoism to empower his clients with tools to cultivate and channel their life-force energy. He also specialises in supporting men in overcoming pornography use, taking a trauma-informed, somatic approach to addiction recovery.
As a certified BioDynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release practitioner, Patrick is passionate about embodiment and breathwork, guiding individuals to release trauma and tension held in the body.
