How Will The 6 Weeks Unfold?
 Each Tantric Night will follow our 4-stage framework:
- Get In The Body - Drop out of daily roles into presence and sacred space
- Connection - Breathwork, meditation, and intention-setting to sync your energy
- Main Ritual - The core tantric practice (varies by weekly theme)
- Integration - Closing ritual and conscious completion of the experience

- Week 4: Fire
- Week 5: Air
- Week 6: Integration Call
By the end of the journey you will have a range of different practices in each of the 4-stages for you to follow or build your own Tantric Dates!
