"I feel like something is holding me back and it's time to let it go"
Says you and others who I use breathwork with to help release trauma and tension.

You're looking for a way to break old patterns
Maybe you've tried talk therapy, mindfulness, or self-help books, and sure, they help a little… but that deep shift you need still feels out of reach. You need something that involves your whole body, a practice that goes beyond just thinking about change.
So when another tough day comes, and you feel that same tension or those familiar triggers, you can’t help but think: "Maybe it’s time to try something different, something than includes the whole body." - Something like Breathwork!
"I've heard about breathwork
but how can it help?"
Before we get into the details of how breathwork works,
here are some of the benefits that my clients report on after just a few sessions
The Benefits of Breathwork

Trauma often manifests as physical tension in the body. Breathwork encourages release through intentional breathing patterns, helping ease chronic tightness and restoring a relaxed physical state.

Breathwork provides a safe space to experience and let go of trapped emotions. This conscious release can prevent emotional blockages, leading to a greater sense of inner calm and well-being.

Regular practice can balance the nervous system, which reduces mental fog and improves focus, allowing for more grounded decision-making and resilience in stressful situations.
"Im not sure I have trauma,
that sounds a little extreme"
Our understanding of trauma has changed and it much more widespread that we thought.
Trauma isn’t defined by what happened, but by how your body responded to it.
When the body’s natural response to trauma isn’t fully completed, it leaves an imprint—stored in the body as tension, emotional blockages, or other reactions that influence how you experience life today. Somatic trauma healing through breathwork addresses this directly by allowing the body to complete and release these lingering responses.
In sessions, I guide clients through breathwork practices that help process and let go of past trauma. This creates space to step beyond old patterns and embrace life with renewed energy, clarity, and a sense of wholeness.

How Trauma Can Impact your life.

Trauma can keep the nervous system in a heightened state, leading to constant feelings of worry and tension. Breathwork helps soothe this stress, returning the body to a calmer state.

Trauma often settles in the body, especially in areas like the shoulders, back, and chest, causing chronic tightness or discomfort. Breathwork can release this stored tension by allowing the body to process and let go of it.

Some people feel detached or unable to connect with their emotions after trauma. Breathwork can help reawaken the body’s natural emotional responses, making it easier to experience emotions more fully.

Safety comes from
staying in the body
The breathwork modality I am trained in, Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release is designed to offer a safe, supportive approach to trauma healing. By integrating gentle breathwork with body awareness, our sessions allows clients to process trauma gradually and within their own comfort levels. This method respects the body’s pace and natural boundaries, ensuring that deep emotional layers are accessed safely and without overwhelm.
Through my guided sessions, clients feel held and empowered to release stored tension and find a renewed sense of ease, clarity, and connection in their lives.
